Jessica Tarabay has over 8 years of Infection Prevention experience and holds a background in public health and epidemiology. Jessica joined Emory Healthcare in May of 2019 where she serves as the Manager of Infection Prevention and serves as a subject matter expert for a variety of specialties including Hematology/Oncology, Solid Organ and Bone Marrow Transplant, Emergency Preparedness, Behavioral Health, and Perioperative Services. Jessica is certified in Infection Control, has published and presented on a variety of topics in infection prevention and control, and serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion National APIC taskforce. Jessica was the recipient of the 2021 March of Dimes, “Friend of Nurse” award in Georgia and will serve as the 2023 President-Elect of the Greater Atlanta Georgia Chapter of APIC. Jessica is a current doctoral candidate in the Dr.PH program at the University of Georgia.
