H. Charlie Lin is a Nurse Practitioner and RN First Assistant, specializing in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. He graduated with his bachelor's and master's degrees from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas and his RN First Assist certificate from Delaware County Community College in Media, PA. With over 10 years of experience as an RN in the Emergency Department, Quality Improvement, Corporate Wellness, and Operating Room, he was formerly the Team Leader for ENT at several facilities in North Texas and consequently became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in ENT for several large academic institutions. Within his practice, he provides comprehensive care to patients in rhinology, vocal cord dysfunction, hearing disturbance, head and neck cancer, pediatrics, and taste and smell dysfunction. He also functions as a RN First Assistant for head and neck surgeries, thyroid/parathyroid surgery, airway/microtia reconstruction, and reconstructive/cosmetic plastic surgery. Charlie is also a faculty instructor for the Physician Assistant program at Stanford University School of Medicine and RN First Assisting at Delaware County Community College. He is actively involved in AORN as a member of the National Nominating Committee and in leadership positions within the RNFA and Advanced Practice Specialty Assemblies.
