Jennifer Erwin proudly serves on the leadership team at a single-specialty orthopedic ambulatory surgery center in Tupelo, Mississippi. Jennifer has spent the last twenty years in the perioperative field acting as a circulator, preceptor, and intraoperative charge nurse. She currently acts as the facility nurse educator at Specialty Orthopedic Group ASC. Her nursing experience includes thirteen years of service at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where she achieved her CNOR Certification in 2006 and BSN in 2012. This is Jennifer's first time speaking at AORN where she will be discussing her knowledge in emergency drills and surgical fires.
When not focusing on work projects, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her mini-goldendoodle, Piper.
