Remko Noor is an expert in contamination control and controlled environments in hospitals and life science facilities. After his study applied physics he start with the design of building service in several (inter)national healthcare projects. His firm conducts research into improvement in operating rooms and isolation units involving all aspects of contamination control and patient safety. This research is not limited to airborne contamination control and consist all aspects of contamination control and patient safety.
Maximuse specializes in measurement and control of environmental contamination in areas where transmission of airborne infection is a concern including operating theatres, central sterile supply, ICUs and isolation units. The aim of is work is to create an optimal result for patient and medical staff with a minimum of risk and optimal comfort.
Next to his profession he is board member of the Dutch Society of Contamination Control and responsible for the organisation of conferences. He is also involved in the development of guidelines for CSSD and OR’s.
