Rowena Lim is the Director of Nursing in Ambulatory Surgical Pavilion at RWJUH New Brunswick campus. She has 18 years of OR experience and was trained to scrub and circulate in different specialties in adult and pediatric surgeries. She recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University, MBA at Centenary University, BSN at Long Island University, and BA in Political Science focusing in International Relations at York College. This poster presentation, Surgical Site Infection in Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Patients: A Program Evaluation was presented in Rutgers School of Nursing and RWJBH Nursing Symposium in 2022. This is her second poster participation that was accepted by AORN, and the first poster presentation titled "Efficiency: Robotic Surgery in Ambulatory Setting," received a clinical excellence award in Clinical Improvement / Innovation category.
