In June of 2005 I passed the NCLEX and became an RN. For over four years I was a perioperative nurse at Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, MD. In November 2009 I was hired as a perioperative nurse at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Within two years I became the Resource Nurse for Neurology Procedures and in March of 2020 I was hired as the Clinical Manager of the Operating Room.
I hold an Associates of Science degree in Nursing from Montgomery College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. In 2019, I became CNOR certified.
