Erica Basora MSN, RN, NPD-BC, CNOR, is a Clinical Specialist in the Quality and Education department for Surgical Services at Northside Hospital. Northside Hospital is an entire system of care, dedicated to clinical excellence and research innovation – quality health care that nearly 5,000,000 patients count on every year. Prior to her promotion, she was a staff nurse in the operating room and was a previous resident in the first year of Northside Hospital Cherokee program. Erica is passionate about ensuring all staff are equipped to provide their patient's with exceptional care, advocate for their patient and for the profession.
Prior to joining the Northside Hospital Cherokee Surgical Services team, Erica was a teacher for elementary and middle school students in Florida. Today she is a published author of children's books to include "Little Miss Goes to Surgery."
