Lori Martini is an experienced ASC Administrator with thirteen years of experience in multi-specialty surgery centers in Wyoming and Colorado and currently manages a successful orthopedic ASC in Tupelo, MS. She achieved Board certification (CASC) through the Board of Ambulatory Surgery Centers in 2015 and will earn her MBA in organizational management in July, 2023. Martini has been a national speaker through Becker’s Healthcare on topics such as “strategies turning around underperforming organizations”, “best practices in supply chain management”, “how to be a great Administrator”, and "data utilization and benchmarking". She is also a regular contributor to publications such as ASC Connect and Becker’s ASC Review. Martini is scheduled to speak at ASCA in May, 2023 on staffing and cross-training.
When not working, Lori and her husband, Marc, enjoy golfing and watching college and professional football. Lori also enjoys spending time with her 30 year-old son, Zachary.
